Diet is one of the most popular solution for someone who want to decreasing their body weight. Some of people has missunderstanding about diet itself. Diet doesn’t mean we don’t eat anything or we feel hungry when we are on diet. THAT’s the point.
Diet now has improving by researcher. Nutricious create some diet methods for us and every method has different result and effect. In this article i tried to describe some of diet theory.
Atkin’s Diet
By Robert C. Atkins, is kind of diet which based on low carb and high protein theory. In the first 2 weeks, we hasn’t allowed to eat carbs, after that we was allowed to eating carb. Their effect, A high protein food most of them also is a high saturated fat which danger for our cholesterol
Detox Diet
Created by Paula Bailie Hamilton, This theory is based on Chemical warning. As we know all of dairy product in our market now using a chemical inside of it. To decreasing chemical in our body, eat fresh vegetable or fruit is the best solution. This diet using this theory to decreasing our weight body. For a person who want to do this diet, they wouldn’t been allowed to eat any kind of meat. Their side effect is our body become lack of nutritious and calories.
South Beach Diet
Proposed by Arthur Agastson. The main target of this diet is a man with Cardiovascular problem. This theory can reduce our weight body untill 6 kg in 2 weeks. The main based of this theory is less carb and more unsaturated fat. The minus point is their food, most of them are dairy products and meat. So for vegetarian or a person who have milk allergic, that’s a big problem.
