More attention for fat free food
Some people think that if we eat a lot of fat free, it mean we won’t be a fat. Today we will discuss about it. How to read nutrition fact and composition which has been written on product’s label.
Some people has been tricked. A lot of product claims that their product are fat free or something like that. So for some people who want to eat that food always think because that product are fat free so we can eat it as much as we can. Most of people who concern with their diet program should becareful with this fact. Because a lot of people eat a lot of fat free food just because they think it won’t make you fat.
The biggest mistakes is for diet nutrition is what we need to focus is not fat in or what. More important thing is how many calories in and how many calories out. You eat a lot of diet nutrition but you do small activity, you also could be fatter than before.
Even a diet product also contains calories inside of. So what we need is calculate their calories and our calories out because of our activity. Extra calories in could become fat in our body.
For example, everyday we burn about 1300 calories, and if we eat about 1500 calories everyday, it means we have 200 extra calories everyday. Even all calories we get is from fat free products.
What is our discussion’s point? WE COULDN’T EAT FAT FREE PRODUCTS AS MUCH AS WE CAN





We can’t avoid eating them. With this kind of environment, it is really impossible.
