Most of people said that diet is so easy to say but hard to do it. But rare of them know what should they do to start their diet.
The main key is what kind of did you eat. Many people think diet is eat less, but it’s totally wrong. The most effective is take care with what food which you eat.
Example for carbohydrate, most of people especially Asian eat rice, but do you know Rice’s Carbohydrate wasn’t pure Carbs?? Rice also contain Glucose which can make you going fat.
So starting your diet with the easiest way, try to change rice with another carbs like Potato or Wheat.
AND DON’T FORGET… try to cook with boil method, prevent Fried, or use anther methods which use fried oil.
