Most international business outsource products to provide faster service and make more profit. There are many advantages of outsourcing and that is why it has become more popular than ever in the 21st century.

Here are some of the advantages of outsourcing:

*Cheaper labour Developing countries have a lower currency exchange rate than developed countries, this means that North American currency is worth a lot more to them than it is to us. Setting up manufacturing plants in developing countries is one of the most common ways for a business to outsource and make more profits. The labour is cheap, which leads to lower production costs, and eventually more profits and a lower price for consumers.

Customer service is outsourced from countries like India, simply because the labour is cheaper and many Indians can speak English. This makes them a perfect employee for a company which wants to provide efficient customer service and save money at the same time.

*Educated workforce Some countries have a better education system than others. If a business requires teaching online, writing articles, or marketing a product they need qualified professionals. If they are from developing countries where the education level is low, they need to outsource people from other countries.

*Diversity If a manufacturing plan in America is ruined by a storm, a company may have to shut down and lose a lot of money. However if there are more manufacturing plants in other countries, the company will suffer only minor losses and continue to be in business. Imagine if all manufacturing companies were located in one area of the world and if a major hurricane hit that area, all businesses would have suffered.

*Faster production/Creating jobs Some businesses require a huge workforce for their products. In developed countries they might not find enough people who are willing to work in a manufacturing plan. However there are plenty of jobless people in developing countries and this will lead to faster production and the creation of more jobs.

This is why diversity is important in business. Diversity reduces the risk of being out of business if the plants in one country are affected.

These are the ways a business can benefit from outsourcing. There are some disadvantages off outsourcing as well, but in my opinion the advantages of outsourcing are far more superior than the disadvantages making outsourcing one of the best ways for a business to maximize their earnings.
